Recall of Kaius 01 Bikes and Framesets
We have decided to do a voluntary inspection recall of Kaius 01 Bikes and Framesets.
A small number of issues have been brought to our attention and led us to take action. Though our Kaius 01 stands up to rigorous industry testing standards, a low number of riders had issues occur after riding under heavy duty conditions.
This doesn’t meet the standards that we hold ourselves too. We continuously aim to be a trusted brand that provide products that meet the highest expectations of both world class athletes and everyday riders.
With this in mind, we have issued a stop ride and dealer inspection notice on all Kaius 01 models and will rectify any of the recognized issues at our expense in the quickest possible manner through your local BMC retailer.
